The data controller is established in the United Kingdom, and some of these services operate outside Türkiye. Transfers are made in line with KVKK Art. 9 and only as far as the service requires.

How it is collected

Electronically, through the forms on this site and the e-mails we exchange with you.

Retention

Registration and payment records are kept for 10 years as required by Turkish tax law; mailing-list subscriptions until you unsubscribe; contact e-mails for up to 2 years; server logs for up to 30 days.

Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

You may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, and for deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7, and for these actions to be notified to the third parties concerned; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
